Earth USA 2024 - Registration
Online registration for Earth USA 2024 will open on Monday, June 3, 2024.
Please note: Due to venue safety precautions, conference capacity will be limited to 175 people. We will not be selling conference passes at the door in Santa Fe and fully expect our conference passes to sell out in advance online. Please use our online registration system to pre-purchase your conference pass by midnight Saturday, August 31, 2024. No additional passes will be sold after this date so that we are able to provide our conference venue with an accurate attendee count two weeks before the conference begins. Thank you for your understanding.
3-Day Full Access Passes
A normal 3-day conference pass costs $300.
A student 3-day conference pass costs $150 (valid student ID required).

access to all Podium and Poster/Demo Presentations
an electronic copy of the Earth USA 2024 Conference Proceedings
access to all conference Coffee Breaks
access to the Friday Evening Social Event hosted by The Earthbuilders’ Guild
access to the Sunday Afternoon Walking Tour of Santa Fe (limited to 25 people)
Refund Policy: The deadline to request a full refund for conference passes purchased in advance is Saturday, August 31, 2024 by midnight (MST). No refunds will be granted after this date.
