Dear Earth USA 2024 Conference Community,

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the local health authorities, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting our conference, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. To help protect the health, safety and welfare of the Earth USA 2024 conference community, we ask everyone to maintain COVID-19 safe practices, to be mindful of the concerns of others, and to continue supporting efforts to mitigate the spread of the virus. Please note the following important COVID-19 recommendations for all conference attendees:

  • Consider self-testing before your arrival in Santa Fe.

  • If you are sick or test positive, please do not attend the conference.

  • Practice social distancing.

  • Wash your hands often.

  • Bring a mask and consider wearing it. The CDC recommends that unvaccinated people wear masks at all times. We encourage mask-wearing for any attendees who feel the need.

  • Kindly honor the concerns of those at risk.
