Earth USA 2024 - Full Paper Guidelines
Instructions for Full Paper Submissions
All presenters are requested to submit their full papers by Friday, June 7, 2024 for publication in the Earth USA 2024 Conference Proceedings. Final full papers should be emailed directly to our editor (Cornelia Theimer Gardella) at cornelia@adobeinaction.org.
Full Paper Formatting Guidelines:
Begin by reviewing this example full paper from Earth USA 2022. Consider using minimal formatting to facilitate a smooth integration of your paper into our 2024 Conference Proceedings.
Please limit your full paper to a maximum of 7 pages (including images and graphics).
Set your document size to US Letter or A4.
Set your font size to 12 and use standard margins.
Set your line spacing to 1.5.
In addition to inserting your images and graphics directly into your paper, please also attach the images and graphics as separate JPEG or TIFF files (use high resolution images at a minimum of 300dpi). Please use descriptive file names or a numbering system which matches the images inserted into your paper.
Please submit your paper as both a DOCX and PDF file. The PDF version of your paper helps us solve potential formatting issues.
We also request that authors submit a short biography (60 words maximum) along with a current e-mail address to be included in the conference proceedings.
Please note: Authors are responsible for content, image copyrights and the linguistic correctness of their papers. All text, images and graphics will be edited and formatted to ensure uniform layout of the conference proceedings.
